各位学员：
        石景山区节能减排高级研修班（市级）已成功举行开班仪式、专家讲座、并组织学员进行研讨交流、参观了北京生态岛。按照高研班培训计划，请各位学员在9月4日（下周五）中午前提交节能减排新技术、新机制主题相关论文一篇，学员论文最终将集结出版。
